Anira Khokhar, MA, is an award-winning equity and social justice leader with more than two decades of experience shaping strategy, policy and inclusive organisational change.

She works with institutions, communities and leaders to address structural inequalities while building cultures rooted in accountability, trust and belonging. Her work focuses on supporting organisations to move beyond intention and embed equity into governance, leadership and everyday practice.

Anira holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Investigative Journalism and is recognised for combining strategic insight, community understanding and practical implementation to deliver sustainable and lasting change across sectors.

Through her leadership, advisory work and public engagement, Anira continues to influence conversations on equity, justice and inclusive systems change.
